Margaret’s education and research in human behaviour has fostered an evidence-based approach to coaching. With many hours of in-depth training and one-to-one coaching experience she has demonstrated ability to connect and facilitate meaningful change and growth in others. By applying the theories and techniques of executive and workplace coaching, Margaret expertly delivers interventions to improve employee engagement, performance and wellbeing within large organisations and small businesses.
Complimenting her role with Heads-up Coaching, Margaret also conducts research for the School of Psychology at Sydney University, is a member of the Psycho-oncology Co-operative Research Group (PoCoG), Sydney University’s Coaching and Mentoring Alumni (USCMA), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Institute of Coaching (ICPA). Her past SME administrative and managerial positions have provided practical insights into organisational processes and challenges.
